In addition to other services and approaches I offer, I am also a Licensed Eating Freely™ Practitioner, having taken advanced training to specialize in this area. 

This training is internationally approved as an advanced, Continuing Education training for Health Coaches (NBHWC-approved), Nutritional Therapists, Medical and Mental Health Professionals.

The Eating Freely™ Program is a structured, evidence-based program that was developed by Emma Murphy, a disordered eating specialist Psychotherapist.
